Private Residence Renovation

Adding over 800 SF of kitchen and significantly opening up the living space, this kitchen features two-tone custom cabinets with under the cabinet and inside the cabinet lighting, two sinks for entertaining, and ample room around the counters. Other features include spice pull outs, a dog feeding station and plenty of cabinets for a well-stocked kitchen. A stone fireplace flanked by windows on both sides offers a view of their waterfall from their living room. Along with the interior renovations, a new front porch and walkway announced the entry. New stone and stucco updated the existing brown metal siding façade.
