Bob Fisher Chevrolet

This project was a design-build project working with Bob Fisher Chevrolet to complete the work associated with a GM Facility Improvement Program. The new construction work included the addition of a new service entrance, showroom, customer lounge, parts display, and retail area. The renovation portion of the work consisted of demolition, and reconstruction of existing interior spaces including office areas, restrooms, electronic equipment rooms, and storage areas. Also included in the scope were modifications and upgrades to the exterior finishes of the entire building in compliance with the mandated facility upgrade requirements. The project was separated into five distinct phases throughout nine months to accommodate ongoing sales, service, leasing, wholesale, and retail parts distribution activities at the facility. This project received an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors.
