Family Wash Day Laundromat

This design-build project took an existing building and added a small addition to maximize the available site providing for a total 6,200 SF laundromat. The façade was renovated to match the corporate brand standard, and the interior was completely demolished and repurposed for the laundromat use. The facility has seventy-eight washers and fifty dryers, providing a clean, open environment.
